The Role
We are looking for a Business Development professional based in Shanghai to support the rapid expansion of iDeals VDR business in the region. As a member of the APAC Business Development team, you will be responsible for proactive prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities, including acquisition of new customers and up-sell of strategic accounts. This is a front-line quota-carrying role, assuming intensive sales activities and travel across the region.

职位要求
- 2年及以上outbound B2B sales的经验，有独立开发直客和关单的经验
- 熟练的销售技巧，能够妥善处理客户的拒绝和引导客户；
- 坚韧不拔地克服拒绝和韧性成为hunter销售代表
- 能够快速学习并根据反馈进行调整
- 熟练地以结果为导向的hunter心态快速建立与目标客户的融洽关系
- 有SaaS行业销售经验的优先
