Full-time | Benefits | $55,000+ DOE | Hybrid: Monday to Friday field/office, Thursday to Friday WFH. RedCliff Ascent is a licensed and accredited wilderness therapy program located in southern Utah. With over 30 years of experience, we use evidence-based practices to help families heal. As our Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for managing all therapeutic matters for assigned students and families. You will work in the backcountry and in the office. In our field, we also have ThreePeaks, a licensed residential treatment center (yurts and cabins!). This significant advancement in how we provide wilderness experiences allows more families to receive effective treatment. We are incredibly excited. RedCliff Ascent and ThreePeaks combine the power of traditional and experiential therapies in a relationship-based model to effectively break unhealthy patterns, assess underlying issues, and re-engage our students and their families in the therapeutic process. As our Clinical Therapist, you will work closely with our field staff to provide the best programs for our students and their families. Healthy relationships, novel and challenging experiences, and the integration of rituals and ceremonies are how we facilitate the therapeutic process and create lasting change. Help families heal. Please ensure your resume includes education, work experience, certifications, and licenses. Advanced degree in mental health field, 2+ years of clinical experience, Licensed by the Utah Department of Occupational and Professional Licensing, Unrestricted and in good standing DOPL license, Ability to pass a criminal background check, Eligibility to work in the US, Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, Current Utah driver’s license (within 30 days of hire), 1st Aid CPR certification (may be provided), Crisis intervention certification (may be provided). Preferred: 2 years of wilderness therapy experience as a guide or therapist.
