We are looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Paid Media, also known as Media Group Director, to join Burson’s renowned national healthcare business’s top digital healthcare team. You will be responsible for leading client paid media projects, achieving established goals for clients and the company, and managing growth, management, retention, and satisfaction for multiple clients. You will also collaborate with clients to address issues of media status measurement, work with client stakeholders in multiple digital areas to advise, maintain, and increase media spending across all healthcare performance-based marketing channels. Collaborate with the larger digital healthcare team and healthcare business stakeholders, participate in larger healthcare new business processes, and help lead specific paid, organic growth, and new business. Collaborate with other senior leaders in the paid media, digital, and healthcare business teams on operations, staffing, resource allocation, and team training activities, and mentor junior members of the digital healthcare team and the larger healthcare practice team.

12-15 years of experience in paid social, media, or marketing agency environments; must have healthcare/pharmaceutical knowledge and industry background and interest; pharmaceutical experience preferred; possess paid media expertise in paid media and PR/communications/marketing agencies (latter preferred but not necessary); extensive experience in planning across all channels, able to act as a technical expert for team members; deep understanding of paid media platforms for HCP and consumer audiences; familiarity with statistical methods and testing methods (preferred); multi-channel experience in search, social, display, programmatic, local, HER, POC, and CTV (preferred); high proficiency in deck writing/spreadsheets and MS Office skills, with extensive experience and strengths in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in developing teams/businesses; desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization, actively participating in cultural initiatives, training opportunities, and employee resource groups.
